RedPopins' Refund Policy
We will do a 1 to 1 exchange for the items if the items is deemed damaged badly by us. Please drop us an email with picture included if the items that you purchased are damaged badly to redpopins@gmail.com . Strictly no refund once item is purchased.
RedPopins' Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer / Ibanking (UOB / POSB / DBS). Items will only be mailed out after payments have been received. For those that are using bank transfer kindly retain the transaction receipts for confirmation of payments. (This will usually take 2-3 days).
We only accept Cash payment during Meet-Ups.
RedPopins Postage Information
Registered Postage is strongly encouraged by RedPopins as we are unable to track normal postages after we posted it. We are not Responsible for any lost mails through normal postage. For Registered Postage, you would have to top up an additional $2.24 on top of the normal postage cost.
